The Central Coast Kids Corner is made up of many kid friendly and unique communities:  At the end of scenic Highway One is Estero Bay. The area has become famous for its beaches, beautiful state parks, bird estuary’s, and the distinct Morro Rock. Kids and parents enjoy a variety of activities in the area, including fishing, surfing, kayaking, bird watching, beachcombing, or just relaxing and enjoying the sunset. Besides the nature and recreation, there are also plenty of family friendly restaurants, and fun shops and treats. We are glad you are here. KID'S ROCK FAMILY NIGHT SLEEPOVER CCNHA presents a night inside the Museum of Natural History on May 18, 6 p.m., to May 19 at 9 a.m. Kid's Rock members and their families are invited to spend the night inside the museum in Morro Bay State Park. The event is limited to 25 eligible participants and pre-registration is required. Designed for child members and their parents, guardian or grandparents, this event will be filled with nature walks, interpretive programs, museum interactions, campfire stories, and even an appearance from Rocky. $25. VOLLEYBALL The Youth Sand League for 2nd-8th grade boys and girls is back. "Tuesdays Night in the Park" begins June 19 and runs until Aug. 7. From 5-8 p.m., enjoy the warm summer evenings at the Atascadero Lake Park and this low-key volleyball league that will emphasize fun along with fundamentals of setting, serving, passing, and offensive and defensive plays.
